America is a country made up of 50 individual "countries", our states. The Federal Government is a product OF those 50 states yet they somehow forget their power. Well it's time that 'We The People' begin to remind them.

Our state legislature (Mostly all State House/Senate), there are a few that call them assembly's or other terms but its the same basic premise, an upper and lower chamber.

One great "power" that state legislatures once had, and should be restored, was the ability to directly recall their state's Senators in Congress. So if Florida thinks that Rick Scott or Marco Rubio was not doing the job he was sent there to do, there was a process to recall him back to the state and send someone who does. The major benefit to that scenario is that the legislature is typically FAR MORE engaged in the political process than the average voter so they would know if a Senator was representing the states needs properly.

This would be a great amendment to go back on. There would be a lot of pushback and opposition, but "the system" preyed on the ignorance of us every day voters. They were tired of having to "buy" a new Senator every time a state recalled a leader, so they felt it was easier to convince the voters to just re-elect bad Senators. This gave them a better long term return on their investment.

Every state legislator goes through a "Session" period where they bring forward bills that represent promises they should have made to their constituents. The State Houses n Senates are broken down into committees and sub committees. Legislation is drafted and brought forward and then "marked up" or edited and changed and then brought forward to be voted on by the entire legislative bodies (House and Senate). If a bill passes both the House and the Senate, then it goes to the Governor to be signed.

What normally ends up happening is our elected officials get through their elections and then go to the capital of each state and they tend to listen to the lobbyists, bureaucrats, and big donors rather than what the people actually want.

What if WE could rattle the cages of these elected officials to force their hand at doing what WE actually want them to do over the other non-elected people mentioned above wanted? All it would take is a coordinated effort NOW to ensure accountability.

Scenario:

January 2023 begins, Florida State House and Senate members go to Tallahassee for a number of weeks to work on bills. 'The People' have an idea of what bills are going to be brought forward in this session. State Committeemen and women, Republican Club leaders in each of the 67 counties begin a campaign to make phone calls, send emails, leave tweets, messages on Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram. These messages are direct and to the point about certain criteria that we demand they include AND vote in favor of. We remind them that we sent them up there to do X, Y and Z and that they campaigned on those very promises. We remind them that WE are the ones who busted our tails to get them elected and that it's now time for them to deliver on behalf of us or risk losing our continued support in the next election.

We document every bill that is brought forward in committees and subcommittees. If there is not a tabulation on who voted, and how they voted, than all members on that committee take a hit. We grade them based on each of the issues and how they performed on each topic. We should never stop the pressure campaign of telling them how to vote, but we track and report. We then go to the events they show up to, Lincoln or Reagan Day Dinners, REC meetings, Republican Club meetings and we ask them why they voted against us. We get that on film and then repeat for 2024. When it comes time for them to run for office, we then have strong candidates run against them and we use their own words and inactions against them.

These people work for US and they are never given any level of accountability. Those days are gone. They live within our communities and they need to know that we are present, watching and demand that they do what they said they would do, or we replace them. This isn't intimidation, we can and will do everything above lawfully and peacefully. We just cannot let them go without pushback any longer. They can call it whatever they want but this is accountability. The problem is that WE... lack coordination to make this happen.

There are 67 counties in Florida. If "Session" is 6 weeks long, we could have 10 counties per week sending showing up to fight for different issues. We could create such a visible presence that they could not dismiss us. I've been up to Tallahassee a number of times. These people are easy to talk to, though they are often slippery in their responses. They put their pants on one leg at a time, just like you do. They are not super-human. They work for us and we just need to be able to organize effectively to make this happen.

How:

Every elected official should have an official phone number and email. They generally have an official Twitter, Facebook, Linked In and Instagram page. In Florida there are only 120 State House Reps and 40 State Senators. There just needs to be someone willing to go through and gather all of that information. Once it's all in a Google Sheet, you then just have to break it into the counties that each represents. This can be done on separate tabs. There is bleed over on some members in counties, but this can be accomplished. Members on multiple counties just show up in each county they represent. Once compiled and broken into individual counties, they can be added to a website and each tab can be hyperlinked to its county's members info.

The next step is coordination of America First, Constitutional Conservative Clubs and REC members that fit those categories. Come together as a group on platforms where you can keep it closed like Signal. Then figure out what language needs to be explicitly written into certain bills. Put that information into bullet points and send it to the Signal group. Leaders of Clubs, and REC members then take those bullet points as well as the hyperlink to the tab for their county's legislative members and send that out by any means necessary.

The message should tell people what bullet points to hit, add a call to action, but also reminding them to, as Boris Epshteyn says "Color within the lines, but color boldly". There is never any need for threats of violence. We are not the left and do not need to resort to that. We've got the numbers, we just need to pressure them to do the job they were hired to do.
